Reservation

Provisional booking may be made by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing (including a purchase order number if applicable) within 5 working days. Post or Fax to:

Fees

All fees are payable 4 weeks in advance and no admission to the course will be permitted until payment is received.

All fees quoted are correct at the time of publication but First Rate Training reserves the right to alter fees at any time.

Joining Instructions

Joining Instructions will be forwarded by telephone, email, fax or post following receipt of payment. If Joining Instructions have not been received 10 days before the course, please telephone to make sure payment has been received.

Venues

A map of how to get to the venue may be included if requested in the Joining Instructions.

Whilst First Rate Training may provide information about accommodation at local hotels, First Rate Training is not acting in the capacity of agent for either the hotel or the client. Queries, cancellations and alterations of hotel bookings must be made direct with the hotel/agent concerned and delegates must settle their own hotel accounts before leaving.

Certification

All certificates remain the property of First Rate Training until payment is received.

All certificates will be dispatched to the nominated person completing the booking form within 6 weeks of course completion and payment received.

Should the client request First Rate Training to forward certificates to individuals, an additional charge of £1.00 per certificate will be invoiced.

Refreshments

The cost of lunch and refreshments is not included in the cost of the course.

Course Literature

Printed course notes are included in the course fees.

Course literature is copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Cancellations

First Rate Training reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual or organisation providing the service.

In the event of cancellation, booking will normally be transferred to the next available course unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

If a booking is cancelled or transferred to a different course by the client the following fees will be payable

All Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice, irrespective of cancellation or transfer.

Telephone cancellations can be accepted but must be confirmed immediately in writing (by fax, email or post)
