First Rate Training is a division of Consult Capital and has held an approved centre status with the H&S Executive since 2003. First Rate Training has been established since 2000 and we are based in South West Wales.

Previous local clients that have benefited from our services are Neath & Port Talbot College, Carmarthenshire County Council, Forestry Commission, Coleg Sir Gar and Action for Children to name but a few. Our nationwide client portfolio includes Admiral, Amazon, DVLA, John Lewis, Ikea and Mc Donalds.

We have a strong and capable training team with strength and depth. All our instructors have emergency services backgrounds which is our biggest asset. This allows us to put a completely different focus on the training compared to a trainer teaching from a textbook.

All our instructors are able to bring life experience of dealing with real emergency first aid situations and pass these skills on to your candidates. These trainer skills also make the course much more interesting allowing candidates to ask questions of the experts.

Our HSE Centre No is 63/03. All our policies and procedures adhere to the guidelines set by the HSE.
