We're excited to announce a new E-Learning course has now been added to our website:
RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013)
RIDDOR is a law that requires employers and those in charge of work premises to report and keep records of deaths and serious injuries that happen in the workplace.
The course starts by explaining the purpose of RIDDOR and explores the different injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences that are either covered or exempt under the legislation.
It also gives an explanation on how to submit a RIDDOR report including who can report and the deadlines for doing so.
