Throughout the lockdown that we have experienced due to COVID-19, First Rate Training is working hard to ensure we can support our clients in their training requirements.
HSE had announced the extension of requalification dates up to 3 months (from the 16th March 2020), as customers have experienced disruption of gaining the relevant training required due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we would like to stress the importance of renewing training qualifications as soon as possible.
Here are our training options, and what to expect when booking our courses through the easing of lockdown.
Open Courses
First Rate Training Open Courses have been delayed due to our venues still being closed. If you have had a booking which has been cancelled, we will be touch soon with future dates.
You can keep updated with our open course dates via Facebook , Twitter and our website.
Group Training Courses (On-site)
With lockdown measures easing, First Rate Training is happy to announce that we are accepting group training sessions on-site.
All health and safety measures will be discussed at time of booking, dependant on the room size and number of attendees. If you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Virtual Training
A new way of training! If on-site training is unavailable to our clients, we can now offer our Virtual Training. This is a live training course, so our trainer will be able to interact with attendees and answer any questions they may have during their course.
Online Training
Last but not least, we offer Online Training. Simple to use, and with a range of subjects to choose from, you can find our E-Learning courses at our website
Further changes to our training courses, you can find updates on our Facebook and Twitter page, or at our News Page.
